How We Operate
Every guard we deploy passes through three non-negotiable stages.
STEP 01
Recruitment
Direct advertisement, stringent physical, education and mental standards, and thorough antecedent verification.
STEP 02
Training (PSARA Compliant)
20-day intensive programme — 100 hours classroom and 60 hours field training, plus annual armed guard weapon-serviceability training.
STEP 03
Induction
Post duties, frisking and search procedures, conduct protocols, a written test, and performance-based placement.
